What is ENOUGH?

The Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions, Governments and Households (ENOUGH) Initiative is Governor Wes Moore's groundbreaking effort to end concentrated, generational child poverty in Maryland.

In Allegany County, we're listening to the people who live here—because you know your neighborhood best. Instead of outside agencies telling communities what they need, we're empowering residents to lead the change.

Through our ENOUGH Grant, the Local Management Board is working with the City of Cumberland, Allegany County HRDC, and the Department of Social Services to ensure communities can access the programs and services they need, starting in the South Penn and John Humbird neighborhoods.
